Toots hasn't been sleeping, so I am exhausted and grouchy. Not helped by the fact that I think I am about to start my period. So fun! At least that explains why I have wanted to eat everything in sight. I used my free day Saturday, then had sugar on Sunday for my Mother's Day free day, then Monday used my free day for this week and Tuesday cleaned out the fridge so I could get my free point...that I was going to save for Sunday, but that I instead immediately used.

Four days of sugar in a row is NOT good! :P

This week my points have all been earned by the letter of the law, not the spirit of the law. Eating veggies when you aren't hungry so that you get them in really isn't the point I don't think. Hopefully I can get myself back on track!

The kids are being good sports though. I have taken the girls swimming twice. I think Toots might have swimmers ear (which would explain the lack of sleep) so if she is still crabby tonight we will try to get in to the doctor tomorrow.

Lou is being such a sweet girl. Today she went to school early for her reading group (her and one other girl). Becuase they go to school at 10:30am they get a snack time before regular class starts. She wanted to bring M&Ms so I made sure to pack an extra pack for the other girl. Lou told me that she was going to give Yana the pink package because it was her favorite color. (It is Lou's favorite too). I asked her if Yana was being nice to her on the playground (Yana and another girl have been being mean to Lou...you know the typical girl I am not your friend mean) And she said no, but she was going to be nice to her anyways and maybe Yana would start being nice to her. I about cried.

I do not give that girl enough credit. Hopefully I will get better at this.

The boy is getting pretty excited for summer. He is a little upset that he hasn't been swimming, so we might have to go when he gets home today.

One of Hubby's favorite lines from Nemo is 'curse you Aqua Scum" The other day the boy kept saying it, so I thought I would explain what scum was and why it was okay to use in some ways (like Aqua Scum) and not others (like calling your sister scum)

He then went on to make a hilarious 2nd grade Frankiln boy joke about how he wasn't going to capitalize Aqua Scum (because he didn't like it...so it wasn't important...get it) What a boy.

I have so much to do and I keep putting it off! I need to get my bottom in gear in more ways than one!
