I am in a really good mood tonight. We had a good dinner at Jason's Deli and I think that helped my blood sugar a LOT! I ate fruits and veggies today and actually just ate those instead of lunch. I wasn't hungry until dinner, but I think the lack of food made me grouchy and unmotivated for the middle part of the day.

The morning was good. We got everyone to school and I had a really good workout. Ran 7.0 on the treadmill for a bit. Only 1 minute at a time (the rest was spent alternating between 6.0 and 3.5, but I wanted to see if I could do it and it felt really good. I acutally could have done longer that a minute and I think I will try for a minute thirty tomorrow and then maybe two minutes next week. Doesn't sound like much, but it is exciting. The scale has been moving down the last couple of days, which is REALLY nice because last week was bad. I have Mother's Day and my period to thank for that. But I just FELT unmotivated. Almost wanted to quit. This week I have felt REALLY good. I had no desire to eat sugar today. I did use my soda point, only because I paid $2 for a drink at Jason's (thought it was included with my meal) and the only non soda drink they had was pink lemonade...too much sugar! So I went for a Diet Dr. Pepper. So that was my soda point. But the best part is I didn't WANT it! I actually decided it would be better to use my point today then Friday when I take the kids to QT. 44 ounces of anything isn't good for you and that is what I would have gotten! I wish I would have gotten water, and next time I will!

I have all the shopping for Drew's last day of school party done. We are having a candy relay, playing 4 corners and a Jeopardy game about their class. I am going to have to bug Mrs. Vilhauer about some of the questions tomorrow.

All that is left is figuring out where to get the Gift Cards for the teachers. I am thinking Target, but not sure!

Off to bed now. It is 10pm and Jon is getting up at 2:30 to drive to CA with his mom for Maxine's funeral.
